OVIS® Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OVIS® website, products, and services provided by One Infinite Division Inc. DBA OVIS® (“OVIS®,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing or using OVIS® products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized use, misuse, or interference with the website’s operation or content is prohibited.

2. Product Description & Intended Use

The OVIS® Overflow Vent Irrigation System is designed to clean and sanitize sink overflow vents. OVIS® products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

OVIS® products are intended to support sanitation efforts and reduce contamination risk when used according to provided instructions.

3. Product Efficacy Disclaimer

OVIS® products have been laboratory tested and shown to significantly reduce bacterial and viral contamination under controlled conditions. Actual results may vary based on usage, environmental conditions, and adherence to instructions. No guarantee is made that all pathogens will be eliminated.

4. Proper Use & User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring compatibility with existing sinks and faucet configurations
• Following all instructions and safety warnings
• Using only OVIS®-approved sanitation tablets and adapters
• Verifying compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Improper use may result in damage, injury, or voided warranty coverage.

5. Safety Warnings

Sanitation tablets contain active cleaning ingredients.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Avoid ingestion, inhalation, or contact with eyes or skin
• Use only as directed

6. Limited Warranty

OVIS® provides a One (1) Year Limited Warranty on the OVIS® Overflow Vent Irrigation System from the original date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with instructions. At its sole discretion, OVIS® will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the Device.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation, misuse, or modification
• Use of non-OVIS® tablets, adapters, or accessories
• Exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive water pressure
• Consumable items, including sanitation tablets

The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The Limited Warranty provides the sole and exclusive remedies available for warranty claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Infinite Division Inc. DBA OVIS® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, property damage, or personal injury arising from the use or inability to use OVIS® products.

8. Medical & Health Disclaimer

OVIS® products are not medical devices. Individuals with health concerns, including those with compromised immune systems or autoimmune conditions, should consult a qualified medical professional regarding their specific needs.

9. Intellectual Property

OVIS® products are protected by United States Design Patent US D 831,167 S and United States Utility Patent US 10,508,425 B2. All content, trademarks, and product designs are the exclusive property of One Infinite Division Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of this website and purchases are also governed by the OVIS® Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites. OVIS® is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

12. Modifications

OVIS® reserves the right to update or modify these Terms, products, or related materials at any time. Changes are effective when posted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Limited Warranty, constitute the entire agreement between you and OVIS® regarding use of the website and products.
